Our Process
Our process is pretty straight forward. We first meet in person, or in some cases via teleconference, to discuss the project in detail, making sure we understand what the clients goals are. We then create a scope document outlining the project so that everyone is on the same page. Once the scope document has been reviewed and accepted, we create a project plan, with all necessary milestones and completion dates. Once the plan is in place, we start the work. We generally have a weekly meeting with the owner, which are generally quick and concise. Once we've completed the project, we begin measuring success statistics and reporting on goals. The key to our process is communication.
